Belgian craftmanship in our cages
Are you looking for a cage that combines quality, durability, and style?
You’re in the right place. Every cage that leaves our factory reflects Belgian craftsmanship and attention to detail that you can see and feel immediately.
From the first wire to the finished cage, everything is done here in Belgium, under one roof. Thanks to our dedicated team, you can rely on a product that is not only strong and durable but also a tasteful addition to any home.
Advanced machinery for optimal strength
Producing cages is a careful, time-consuming process that can take several weeks. Our production process brings together technology and craftsmanship to ensure that every cage meets the highest quality standards.
One of our key machines is the 3D bending and folding machine, which automatically shapes the wires into the precise forms needed, including hooks and locks that are essential for a strong and stable cage.
The 2D bending and welding machine then welds the panels accurately, such as the front and back panels of bird cages, giving our cages a robust foundation.
To further streamline production, we use a multi-wire welding machine that can weld up to 60 wires at once, speeding up the process without compromising on quality—each weld remains strong and cleanly finished.
Finally, our Schlatter machine enables us to process large quantities of wire efficiently, producing welded wire panels for both small and large production runs. This powerful machine makes our production process flexible and efficient, no matter the order size.
Why Belgian production makes the difference
Because we complete every step of the process in Belgium, we have full control over quality.
This means you can count on a sturdy, secure, and beautifully finished cage that is built to withstand daily use.
The production process: step by step to a complete cage
Each cage goes through several phases and is carefully finished in multiple steps:
1.Wire preparation and cutting:
We cut and prepare the wires, often using three different wire types per panel for optimal strength.
2. Welding panels:
The wires are welded into solid panels. An assembled cage consists of three fixed panels; a knockdown cage has five separate panels.
3. Bending and shaping:
Panels are precisely bent for assembled cages to fit together perfectly.
4. Careful assembly of parts:
Hooks, doors, and other elements are securely attached, ensuring each cage is sturdy and ready for use
5. Coating for long-lasting finish:
In our coating department, each cage receives a protective layer in the desired colour, for long-lasting durability and an attractive finish.
6. Packaging and quality control:
After a final quality check, the cages are securely packed for safe transport.
Our guarantee for quality and reliability
